Lilac cocktail
Enjoy the blooms of spring while sipping this floral drink in the warm afternoon sun. Best served over ice and enjoyed in good company.
Lilac Tom Collins
2oz gin
1oz lemon juice
3/4oz lilac syrup
3oz carbonated water
Add the gin, lemon juice, and lilac syrup in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice.
Shake for 15 seconds and pour into a Tom Collins glass filled with ice.
Top up with soda water.
